She is an animatronic version of Lillie from Popgoes Arcade 2.

Description
Lillie is a white lamb with pink eyes. She wears an apron reading "Let's Paint!" with paint stains which is reminiscent of Chica's bib. She also carries a paint brush with black paint and a painting pallet.
